A recent USA TODAY survey of 100 municipalities summarized increases in residential water bills over the past 12 years. Prices at least doubled in more than a quarter of the cities surveyed and even tripled in few areas. Check out this interactive map to find out about rates in Rochester and Minneapolis and compare them to other cities.
